If you as an adult, have family and/or friends in your life that are under the age of 19, please ensure them that they are NOT invincible. Tell him or her that one day, if they are lucky, the age of 30 will sneak up on them. Tell him or her that although their future is not guaranteed, that doesn't mean to not prepare for the future at all... Be a Mentor
