People ask for it often... A care free life away from the daily dramatics which consume their every phone call, text, tweet or Facebook status. Mary J. Blige sang of a world without it, nearly eight years ago. And like the national deficit, we can't get rid of it fast enough.
Pleading for a life without is one thing, actually living a life without it, well, it is very possible all depending on YOU. YOU have a choice, the most important action in ridding your life of senseless events. You can DEFUSE it! By understanding the root of any dramatic sequence, you can decide which form of liquid to pour over the fire; water or gasoline.
Are you able to walk away? Are you capable of defusing a negative situation by using a calm tone of voice? Are you capable of analyzing causes and effects; not allowing for a situation to slide but to understand the core of this drama? If yes, you are a defuser, having the best chance to remain drama free, like myself.
You can't just say that you don't want anymore drama, yet you pour gasoline on the problem. You can't provoke or even accept dramatic sequences, yet complain that others are too dramatic.
Drama has attracting qualities. It doesn't hover around you for the sake bringing unease to your life. Drama surrounds you because you choose to accept it. When it is all said and done, your actions will decide your present state in life. So if you plead for no more drama in your life, start within yourself. You just might be trying to get rid of something that you are the source of.
